Customer Reviews

Okay..... well I am an experienced pilot and I fly Walkera flybarless heli's. Flying flybarless are fun to watch being flown in the residence and when they crash it really is heart breaking. I have spent well over 600.00 in replacement parts over my career just for 1 heli alone. Yes I could have purchased a dozen of the coaxials but I am stubborn. This Double Horse in my opinion is enjoyable to fly in the home and crash just after crash it still flies sound with no waiting for replacement parts. Warning to buyers You will need to fly coaxial helis like this a single before you even take into consideration a flybarless or a great deal more advanced heli. Recommendations: decide to buy additional batteries for chopper and blades. Other than that it need to handle well for the beginner. If you crash make sure you quit the rotors from turning to avoid harm. This goes for all heli's. Hope this aids you on your choice. Thx, Teddy

For all of those individuals out there saying how horrible this toy is they are incorrect. It is fantastic and enjoyable. Setup time was nill maybe ten min. The box says DO NOT FLY IN WIND. It is not a gas helicopter so it wasn't designed for weather scenario ie wind. If you have space to fly this negative boy about ie a barn, closed warehouse, or a sizeable enough room it is quite fun and entertaining. It can be flown on a no wind day but that is difficult to come by. The item is durable to a point. I got this and let my dad fly it straight into a wall, crashed it on the ground (straight fall from 10 feet), and the factor was totally fine. Now I wouldn't suggest carrying out this but it is pretty durable thinking about. Plus, if you were to break the fuselage or prop they can be conveniently bought on ebay or from a hobby shop for about 8 bucks. When flying the product get it off the ground and up in the air about 3 feet. It will stabilize there. If you are close you get ground impact or prop wash which makes it unstable. I am quite impressed with the low price of this toy. It is fun and supplies 20 minutes of entertainment. The only downside is as soon as dead it can take 3-four hours to charge but good for a quick getaway. If you do not have a sizeable region to fly indoors get the smaller Syma helicopters for about 20 bucks. But if you got the space take a ride with this guy. It is enjoyable. I am highly pleased and order a second 1 to give me double the flight time. Hope this helps.
